Not to be confused with Voices from the Warehouse District or IKEA, this traveling exhibition presents current trends in Swedish ceramic art. From quiet, elegant forms to wacky, surrealistic installations this exhibition is everything you would and wouldn't expect from Swedish fine crafts.

This selection of five beautiful still life paintings by Joseph Walter is the final in a three year series of exhibitions dedicated to this master painter from Austria who moved to Dubuque as a young man and was one of Dubuque's first artists. In anticipation of a retrospective of his work opening in 2010, DMA is proud to present these wonderful examples of Walter's immense talent.
