Voices From the Warehouse District, a Dubuque Museum of Art off-site exhibition, will kick off Saturday, September 8, from 7 to 11 pm at Wilmac Properties' 1000 Jackson Street warehouse.
Composed of 11 visionary artists, the show will offer a variety of cutting-edge artwork and sensory experiences in a very cool space. Gene Tully, guest curator, will once again orchestrate the event with the help of many dedicated volunteers.
Participating artists include:
Abigail Butcher Yen-Hua Lee Jamie Elizabeth Hudrlik Bruce Howdle Anita Jung John Kabot John Martinson Christian Narkiewicz-Laine Tom Newport Doug Schlesier Joey Wallis Fly-By-Night Productions and The Loras PlayersThis years Voices exhibition will also include a theatrical performance by Loras College and Fly-By-Night Theater Troupe: Shakespeare Live - theater with an artistic twist, showing opening night and during selected special events.
